Refund policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery to the customer, provided:

1) No damage has been done to any portion of the product

2) The product is placed back into its original packaging, including shipping materials for protection during return shipment

To initiate a return, please send an email with a subject line "RETURN" to Team@JustNeat.shop. Original order number must be included in the email.
